The factors run from the most weight to the least; we don't publish the exact weights. Every broker starts at 0 on client reviews, and approved reviews build it.
Broker Tiers
Tiers rank brokers against each other rather than against a fixed score. Every broker with at least one recorded sale is ranked and holds a tier; brokers with no recorded sale are shown as Unranked. Unranked is not a low tier - the Dubai Land Department publishes property sales only, so leasing work does not appear in government records.
